About Alcohol Depression is here to provide you with information about the relationship between alcohol and depression. As a recovered alcoholic who has experienced depression while drinking, I want to share my experience strength and hope.
I am not a doctor, psychiatrist, or have any medical training that makes me an authority on alcoholism or depression. All I have are my experiences as a recovering alcoholic and times of severe depression I have experienced over my drinking career. I am not sure whether depression or alcoholism comes first.
